In healthcare, a brand is a promise of reliability, and my goal was to ensure that Alpine, Copper Star, and You Can Home Medical lived up to that promise at every single touchpoint. For Caddis Capital Management and its three brands (Alpine Home Medical, Copper Star, and You Can Home Medical), the challenge was creating a cohesive, professional system that worked across 11+ retail locations and three different states. My goal was to take these distinct brands and give them a premium, trustworthy feel that matched the high level of care they provide, ensuring that whether a patient walked into a store in Utah or saw a branded vehicle in Arizona, they knew they were in expert hands.

My day-to-day work involved designing every touchpoint a customer interacts with. This meant taking complex, technical medical information and translating it into approachable, easy-to-digest collateral. I developed everything from educational trifolds and technical spec sheets for portable oxygen concentrators to high-impact physical assets like custom vehicle wraps, calendars, and retail signage. I also focused heavily on the small details that build brand authority, business cards, employee apparel, and streamlined patient intake forms, ensuring that every piece of paper or digital screen felt like it belonged to the same family. The result of this rebranding effort was a unified visual language that will scale perfectly as the company continues to grow.
